Shipping Methods 

All items available on our website, including ceramics, stands, suiseki, etc., are shipped from our garden in Japan to anywhere in the world. However, please note that we do not ship any tree for direct customer purchase. If you are a professional, please reach out to our sales representative to know our rates and the export process.

For any purchase on our website, we have two shipping methods available: Air and Sea.

Air shipping	5 to 7 days	From 100$
Sea shipping	~2 months	From 44$

  

Air Shipping

We offer shipping via FedEx, which is the fastest option. With this option, you can expect your package to arrive in less than a week, taking into consideration the handling time at the garden. You will also receive a tracking number so that you can monitor the delivery status of your order. The rate is calculated by FedEx depending on your location. Please check the checkout page to know the rate.

Sea Shipping

For an environmentally friendly and cost-effective option, we offer shipping via sea. This method takes approximately 2 months, although delivery times may vary (up to 3 months is possible) and Tree House Bonsai is not responsible for any additional delays. It is a great option if you are not in a rush, and you can also track your parcel here. 
This is the most effective way to stay informed about your parcel's location.

Note: there is no sea shipping available for Argentina, Jamaica, Mexico, New Zealand.

Payment methods 

We offer a range of convenient payment methods to ensure you a hassle-free checkout experience.

You can use your credit card to make a purchase on our website, powered by the secure and reliable Stripe payment gateway. Alternatively, you can choose to pay using your Paypal account, offering you an extra layer of security and convenience. For those who prefer to use Google Pay, we have that option available as well.
